  • What are the rules and policies?
    - Maximum 4 guests - Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older - No Pets - No Parties/Events - No Smoking - Maximum rental period is 29 days Rental Agreement:
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Guest may cancel within fourty eight (48) hours booking and receive a full refund. If Guest does not sign this Agreement within seventy-two (72) hours of booking, Guest’s reservation will be cancelled. Guest will receive a full refund. After this Agreement is signed, Guest may cancel the reservation at least thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date to receive a full refund. Guest may cancel the reservation at least fourteen (14) days before the Arrival Date to receive a refund of 50% of the Total Amount. If Guest cancels the reservation less than fourteen (14) days before the Arrival Date, the Total Amount Due will be forfeited. No refunds will be made for late check-ins, early check-outs, or no-shows. No refunds will be made for unforeseen events such as illness, death, natural disaster, national emergencies, government proclamation, restriction upon travel or transportation, acts of God and Nature. Owners recommend Guest purchase of travel insurance.

  • Are you child friendly?
    Yes! Children are welcome, and we even have a pack and play that we can provide if requested. However, the condo is NOT babyproofed.
  • What is the $300 credit card hold?
    The $300 credit card hold is our form of a security deposit. (2) days before guest arrival, a hold is placed against the credit card used for payment - not a charge, just a hold. This hold will be kept active throughout the stay and for (5) days after departure. Once we confirm no damages to the condo, the hold is automatically released.
  • How do I book?

  • Arrival & Departures?
    Check-in - No earlier than 4:00 pm HST (door code will not be activated until 4:00 HST) Check-out - No later than 11:00 am HST We kindly ask that you please abide by these times so that are cleaning team has the opportunity to do a thorough cleaning and preparation job for our next guests.
